Delivery and Returns
At Shakeup Cosmetics, we pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer care.
In the rare case you are not satisfied with your order, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 14 days at email@example.com and let us know how we can make it right.
Orders will normally be dispatched within 48 hours. Any orders received on Friday after 3:00pm will be dispatched the following Monday morning.
Please be aware that during UK Bank Holidays and busy periods such as Christmas, it may take slightly longer to receive your parcel. Any orders due for delivery on a bank holiday will be delivered on the next working day following the bank holiday. If an order is placed on a bank holiday, it will not be processed until the next working day, and the delivery timings for the next working day will apply.
UK mainland delivery takes 3-5 working days by Standard Royal Mail delivery option. Channel Islands, Northern Island and the Highlands, please allow up to 6 working days for delivery before contacting us.
Next Day Option by Royal Mail delivers on next working day to UK mainland addresses if you order by 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be prepared and shipped on the next working day (Please allow up to 48 hours during peak period before contacting us).
Channel Islands, Northern Island and the Highlands please allow 3-5 working days.
Delivery within Europe, please allow 7-9 working days due to customs. Rest of the World, we estimate the delivery will arrive within 20 working days. Tracking number will be provided upon confirmation of your purchase.
If the shipping cost states unavailable, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or drop us a DM @Shakeup.Cosmetics. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
We are confident you will love our products, but we understand there may be reasons you feel it necessary to return a purchase. You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 14 days of delivery, and a full refund will be issued if the product is returned to us.
We strongly recommend that you use tracked delivery when returning products to us as we cannot be held responsible for any returns lost in transit.
