Delivery and Returns

At Shakeup Cosmetics, we pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer care.

Orders

Orders will normally be dispatched within 48 hours. Any orders received on Friday after 3:00pm will be dispatched the following Monday morning.

Please be aware that during UK Bank Holidays and busy periods such as Christmas, it may take slightly longer to receive your parcel. Any orders due for delivery on a bank holiday will be delivered on the next working day following the bank holiday. If an order is placed on a bank holiday, it will not be processed until the next working day, and the delivery timings for the next working day will apply.

Returns

We are confident you will love our products, but we understand there may be reasons you feel it necessary to return a purchase. You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 30 days of delivery, and a full refund will be issued if the product is returned to us.

Protected Checkout

At checkout, you have the option to add Checkout Protection to your order for a small upfront fee. If you choose to add it, the cost of return shipping is covered, so there is nothing further to pay when you send an item back to us. To start a return, please visit our Returns Portal.

Please note that Checkout Protection cannot be cancelled or refunded once your order has been placed, and it will not be included in any refund or store credit amount. Coverage cannot be added to an order after it has been placed. If Checkout Protection was not selected at checkout, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Delivery

UK:

UK mainland delivery takes 3-5 working days by Standard Royal Mail delivery option. Channel Islands, Northern Island and the Highlands, please allow up to 6 working days for delivery before contacting us.

Next Day Option by Royal Mail delivers on next working day to UK mainland addresses if you order by 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be prepared and shipped on the next working day (Please allow up to 48 hours during peak period before contacting us).

Channel Islands, Northern Island and the Highlands please allow 3-5 working days. 

International:

Delivery within Europe, please allow 7-9 working days due to customs. Rest of the World, we estimate the delivery will arrive within 20 working days. Tracking number will be provided upon confirmation of your purchase.

(Due to recent regulation changes, we regret to say that shippings to EU are temporarily suspended. We are working hard to resolve the issue. In the meantime, please visit our various Amazon EU stores)
