HOW AND WHEN TO USE THIS SKINCARE KIT

STEP ONE: DAILY FACE WASH
A bar of soap just won’t cut through the sweat and grime that builds up on your face during your workout. Our daily face wash is designed to thoroughly clean the skin with one simple step.

Suitable for daily use, both Day and Night.
Use this cleanser as step 1 of your skincare routine.

STEP TWO: HYDRATE IN A HURRY
Your skin dehydrates after a workout and this step is the perfect remedy! The solid moisturising formulation conveniently fits easily into your pocket, gym or travel bag.

Suitable for daily use, perfect for moisture top-ups on the go.
Use this moisturiser as step 2 in your skincare routine.

WHY CARE FOR YOUR SKIN

"I put my skin through a lot during training, the chlorine is really harmful. I’m in the water 10 times a week so I need products that take care of my skin. We train in harsh environments and sometimes go somewhere up in altitude. This dries my skin out completely. So I go through A LOT of Moisturiser as a Swimmer."

TRY THIS DUO

"I have always loved the Shakeup Face Wash because it’s a lot milder on the skin. A lot of other ones I find feel like they rip my skin off. Using the Shakeup one is great, it feels more hydrating. Once my face is dry, it leaves my skin feeling light and refreshed.

I love the cream moisturiser, but the roll-on moisturiser is a favourite of mine. Working on pool side, I get dry skin because of the chlorine fumes. I combat this by using the moisturiser stick. It’s quick, it’s essential and I always have it in my bag. I’m carrying it right now!"

WHAT IS YOUR VIEW ON TOXIC MASCULINITY IN SPORTS?

"Sadly toxic masculinity always plays a part in sports. To me, it just seems daft really, there’s no easy way to say that. Being an athlete, it takes a massive toll on your body, also on your skin and hair. It seems silly that we can’t feel comfortable applying these products to ourselves…because of what? There’s no reason. At the end of the day all I’m trying to do is take care of myself. I think using these products is one way of doing that."
